A wide range of process capability is available to provide customers with exactly the value-added content required.
An wide range of casting machines is available to accommodate customer tooling. All casting machines are linked to a centralized Shotscope process and production monitoring system.
The reverberatory melting capacity is in excess of 100,000 lbs/day. The 4 smaller reverberatory furnaces each directly supply metal to 2 diecasting machines.
The larger furnace supplies metal to 4 diecasting machines ba a state of the art launder system,
all of which are strictly maintained and periodically reconditioned in house.
Flash removal and part cleaning equipment are located in the Secondary Processing Department. Nitrogen degassing of molten metal is available to continuosly clean aluminum when needed. Technicians are experienced with hanger/spinner systems.
Our Machining capabilities include dedicated equipment for higher volume jobs and CNC centers for increased flexibility.
