  1. Polisher for Aluminum Production Parts:
    This position will polish aluminum production parts to meet customer specification. Polish parts using a belt sander, polishing parts of unusual or irregular sizes and shapes, maintain dimensions, inspect previous operations for casting defects, record data of work, accuracy and timely. Experience preferred.
    New Employee Training
  2. Machine Operator:
    Operate various machines, CNC, semi-automated. Assist with set up, use measuring tools to insure accuracy, follow established procedures for each machining operation.

  3. Die Cast Supervisor:
    This position will establish, achieve and maintain production within process parameters. Supervise Die Cast operation, melt, cast, trim and oversee polish and machine operations. Problem solve and troubleshoot operational issues. Must be an excellent communicator. Provide clear and consistent direction. Monitor scrap, downtime, safety and production. Work closely with scheduling to insure production meets the demands of our Customers.

  4. Maintenance Technician:
    Must have PLC and hydraulics experience, be able to diagnose and resolve machine problems, breakdowns, or malfunctions. Able to troubleshoot and make program changes as instructed. Electrical background 480v / 3 phase. Good trouble shooting skills. Die Cast and robot programming a must (ABB and Fanuc robots). Needs good mechanical understanding of Die Cast machines.
